Pricing FAQ

  1. What exactly counts as a message?
    One customer message plus one Verly reply equals one message. Internal notes between agents, team comments, and status updates don’t count against your quota — only the real back-and-forth with customers.

  2. What happens if I blow past my monthly quota?
    We’ll email you at 80% and again at 100%. No surprise bills — if you hit the cap, overage is paused until you upgrade or the next cycle starts. You decide when to spend more, not us.

  3. Can I switch plans mid-month?
    Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades apply at the next cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.

  4. Is there a free trial for the paid plans?
    Fourteen days on Starter and Growth, full feature access, no credit card to start. We’ll remind you three days before it ends so you never get charged by surprise.

  5. Do you offer annual discounts?
    Yes — two months free on annual billing. It applies to Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. You can switch from monthly to annual any time, and we’ll credit the unused days.

  6. Does Enterprise include SOC 2 reports and DPAs?
    Yes. SOC 2 Type II report, DPA, sub-processor list, and a named customer success manager. Request any of these during your trial and our security team sends them over within one business day.
